ABOUT US: 
We created Women’s Boot Camps because we wanted to reach out and help many more people than personal training and individual coaching would allow us to do.  It also allowed a way for our participants to do so and in a very affordable way.  Our boot camps aren’t just taking another fitness class, but are joining a community that will support, encourage, educate, have fun and build each other up! 

OUR CORE VALUES:
FUN. We are always seeking to make the boot camp experience more fun via new interesting and exciting exercises, cardio drills, music, motivational incentives, and nutritional ideas.
FRIENDLY. We do our best to create an empowering and supportive environment for women where they can share, grow, and have fun.
FITNESS. We’re all about getting our clients’ fitness results!
EDUCATION.  We provide education on low-Glycemic-Index eating, stress reduction, and behavior modification for long-term success for our clients’ health goals and healthy lifestyle habits.

What will I get out of participating?
You will feel results immediately, but you will most likely see your results within two or three weeks of starting the program.  In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same goals for acquiring a healthy mind and body.  

Results once you’ve completed 4 weeks of boot camp are:
-          Up to 16 lbs weight reduction
-          1-6 inches reduced in your thighs, midsection, and arms
-          A boost in your immune system, and a decrease in sick days
-          25-100% increase in strength and stamina
-          An energized yet relaxed feeling

DETAILED INFO:
o   Boot camps are held 3 times a week – approximately 45 minute classes (Mon, Tues, and Thurs).
 o   Times:  4:30-5:30 p.m. (Waiting list for morning & evening classes now forming, contact us for details).
 o   Indoor boot camp timeframe: November-April. (During the nice weather months we like to enjoy the outdoors at local parks or school playgrounds).
