Standard Instructions - Dissolve 1/2 - 1 level scoopful of MochaTonix powder in 8 fluid oz. of hot water and stir.   For optimum taste add milk and mix in a blender.
MochaTonix Latte  - Dissolve 1/2 - 1 level scoopful of MochaTonix powder in 8 fluid oz. of hot water, and ¼ cup of milk and stir. Add any sugar free syrups if you like, example sugar free Carmel, Vanilla, Irish cream, etc.
MochaTonix Iced Latte  - Dissolve 1/2 - 1 level scoopful of MochaTonix powder in 8 fluid oz. of cold water, and ¼ cup of milk, stir then poor over ice. Add sugar free syrups if you like; sugar free Carmel, Vanilla, Irish cream.
MochaTonix Frosty Latte - Dissolve 1 level scoopful of MochaTonix powder in 8 fluid oz. of cold water, and ¼ cup of milk, 3-6 ice cubes in blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add sugar free syrups if you like; sugar free Carmel, Vanilla, and Irish cream.
MochaTonix Energy & Protein Power Smoothie  - Dissolve 1 level scoopful of MochaTonix powder in 8-10 fluid oz. of cold water, and 2 scoops of Transitions Protein Shake Mix, 3-6 ice cubes in blender, blend 30 seconds. Optional Flavors to Add:  Bananas  .  Strawberries  .  Blueberries  .  Raspberries  .  Peanut Butter  .  Almonds  .  Flaxseed  .  Oatmeal
