Psyllium Husk is an excellent source of dietary fiber and is important for maintaining good digestive health :)

o   Always take with water or in mixture as it will thicken during digestion.

Bounce Back Smoothie
8 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 banana

2 tbs ground flaxseed
1 tbs ground psyllium husk
1 tbs chia seeds
ice

Blend ingredients and serve chilled.


Simple Psyllium Drink
12 oz. water or almond milk
1 large spoonful of ground psyllium husk
1 packet of stevia
tsp cinnamon.

Stir or shake well. If using water drink quickly before a meal. With almond milk serve chilled on ice.

The unsweetened almond milk is just less sugar and less calories than milk... (almond milk is also lactose free)... our tummies are sensitive to too much milk products.
